Ensuring teachers' qualifications

Exceptional English teachers have either professional education or several years of related work experience and are required to attend training.

The language center ensures that all its teachers follow and use the centre's own A&V methodology, which is based on a communicative approach but differs in the use of a wide range of audio and video techniques and plenty of live communication in each lecture.

The head of the language center checks the quality of teaching, conducts lesson observations and asks students for feedback.

At the end of the course, students' knowledge is tested. The head of the language center and the teachers are aware of the students' results in the exam organized by Innove and take this into account when conducting their studies.
