Feedback processing
We want to make our courses better, which is why we collect feedback from participants at the end of the training or after the training.
During the last class of each course, students leave their feedback in the Exceptional English feedback book. If students took part in a Maltese language trip, they can leave comments on the "Blog" webpage of the Exceptional English website.
New students of Exceptional English can also read open feedback from the students of previous courses, both positive and constructive.
Both the course organizers and the teachers consider students' comments and recommendations in planning the future courses.
